"Initially all was great. Then Owen sped up my auto quote, didn't verify my Qualified Health Coverage Letter was sufficient for discounts, charged me $118.19 before I signed any documents. They won't match or beat my current provider. I'm getting the run around about canceling a policy I never signed for and the run around about getting my money back. I'm aware things take time to process and credit, but not getting anywhere and receiving constant emails to eSign documents is ridiculous. For over a week now. Not right."
